Christmas 1999!!
I had to post this picture on here. I think it's Christmas 1999 as I'm pretty sure Jasmine (neice) was a baby when we went out for a meal after this was taken.
From left is Kelly, Chad, Coral and James all looking much younger!!

Oh No & Dancing
I've taken matters into my own hands - I'm fed up waiting for James to put on videos here (we have 2 or 3 on the camera waiting!) but this is one I took today of Kory...enjoy!

My Haircut
Today when we collected Daddy from work, we went to a place called a barber shop. I had to sit in a big chair with a cushion on it and wear a gown. A nice lady came at me with a pair of scissors. But I didn't mind because I was getting raisins popped into my mouth while I watched all the fluff flying to the floor! The photo above is me before I went and the one below is me when I came back.
Now I look like a boy and not a girl with fluffy bits, and Mummy can't pretend to do ponytails now either!!

Yaya & Dentist Visits
Ok, before I go any further, let me explain the title! Yaya is Laura in "Kory Talk". It's all we have heard all week because Laura has been here visiting. I had the cold last weekend and was feeling pretty rubbish. By Monday, James had it too but worse, so he didn't go to work. I went to pick Laura up from the train about lunchtime when Kory was asleep. When he woke up, Laura came in for him with me and instantly he recognised her and said "Yaya?"
I was a bit surprised at this because he's not seen her since August. But we do regularly look at one of our wedding photos with everyone in it and Kory attemps them all (including Neil which he's good at!) From there on in, Laura was his new best friend, James and I were demoted. Everything had to be done with Yaya, and he had to show her everything he was doing. It got to the point that if she wasn't related I'm sure she'd have got freaked out!! Check the monkey peeking to see if the camera is looking when he gives Laura a kiss!
On Monday afternoon we went out to leave James to it for a while to Toys R Us to get some Christmas present suggestions seeing as everyone is asking now and I've run out of ideas. On Tuesday morning I woke up and realised I had the dentist that morning, I'd completely forgotten for weeks. It was Kory's first appointment and he was ok. Despite practising all morning opening his mouth for the dentist, he wasn't having any of it when he got there!
After that, we went to his swimming lesson. This was a mistake. Kory had gone to bed late on Monday night and was exhausted. He cried right through the lesson, it was a complete waste of time! I was working till 10pm at night. Yuck. I'm doing that now until Christmas, ARGH! This photo is of Kory in his new dressing gown and slippers. He calls the gown his "Fluffy" - asks for it on all the time, even over clothes, and wants me to wear my fluffy too.
On Wednesday, we had a bit of a lazy morning in the house then took Laura to the train after lunch. Kory and I went into town after that. Mistake number 2 of the week! He is such a typical male. He's fine in town...that is until you dare cross the threshold of any shop. Then he whines and moans till you leave again. So I got nothing done! What a pain in the bum!
We just had our group in the afternoon on Thursday and I felt rubbish again. This photo was Kory and James doing the nightly torch check under the couch for all the toys that make their way under throughout the day!! Today was a bit of a better day, I felt better and even managed to make dinner for the first time in 10 weeks.
However Kory hasn't been himself. We think it's 2 Canine teeth coming. He has moaned all day, slept for 3 hours (could that be the Medised I doped him with beforehand??!!) We were meant to go visiting, but had to cancel as he slept through it!
I have a night out tomorrow night - all the baby group (Thursday) mummies going out with no kids, woohoo!!I'm sure I'll have some good photos from that!

17 Weeks Bump
Yesterday was a rough day, I have a cold and Kory is teething. We were both grumpy all day and as a result, didn't even manage to get dressed, let alone get outside. Not that we missed much, it was miserable weather and rained almost all day.

Smiler with Imagination!
Our week has gone so fast, I thought I better post before I forget and have to do another mammoth one! On Monday we just did our usual - a nice quiet morning sorting housey things out and then to Rambo's with friends in the afternoon. Maria had her 12 week scan and had her photos with her, so exciting having her 4 weeks behind me. So our new babies will hopefully get on as well as Kory and Daniel.
Tuesday was a good day. James had taken the day off work just to spend a day doing what we normally do as he misses out on normal things. So he came along to Kory's swimming lesson, which was interesting! Then we went out for something to eat and took Kory to Rambo's (yes again!!) as he's great there. I was working at night as usual. On Wednesday we had playgroup in the morning which was pretty uneventful. After Kory had his sleep, he was clinging on to his Pooh Bear and insisted he had lunch at the table. I didn't think this kind of thing happened till a bit older! He even had to have some sandwich. So I just humoured him! But couldn't resist getting a photo!
Today the car went into the garage in the morning so we just had a bit of a lazy morning in the house. In the afternoon we walked down to Toddler Group (it was freezing cold!) then picked up the car and went to Matalan. I got Kory these Christmas pyjamas which he has on tonight. They's 12-18 months and still too big, but I'm getting used to that now! He posed around in them for ages before bed tonight. He also got a new dressing gown. He chose it himself by going over to it, cuddling it and saying "Fluffy" and "Mummy's" which means it's like my one which he loves. He snuggles up to me and cuddles my arms when I wear it!! It was only £5 and he needed one so I got it too.
As far as the pregnancy goes, I'm finally feeling a bit better. That's not to say I'm ok or feeling great, just that I'm marginally better than I was and can occassionally eat now where I couldn't at all before. So I'm hoping that it keeps improving. I'm feeling Teddy moving a lot now, and am starting to struggle with bending (eg shaving legs and tidying up the floor of toys!) Only a few weeks till the next scan so got that to look forward to.

Brewsters & Nana
On Monday this week, me and Mummy had a day of doing nothing really. We went to mummies work in the afternoon to get a few things, like Holly's birthday present and some meat. On Tuesday morning I wanted to wear my hat and my gloves with my pyjamas, but didn't want Mummy to take a photo...would you??!! Then we went to my swimming lesson and I had a late sleep and a good play before Daddy came home.
On Wednesday morning I went to playgroup and played with Daniel while Mummy went to see the baby lady. Everything was ok, Mummy told me she heard the heartbeat and got lots of blood taken out of her arm. I'm glad I didn't have to go now! Here is Mummy's bump this week, she thinks it's a funny shape, but all I know is that it's getting harder to cuddle her now!! But it's ok, because I can say "I love you" instead!
This week I've been to Brewsters 3 times, yes 3!! I'm not complaining though, I like playing there, and if we eat it's pretty yummy too. Wednesday afternoon was my first visit. We met Sarah and Coinneach there for lunch then had a play for a while.
On Thursday we did our usual lazy morning and then to our group in the afternoon, it was good fun as there were 2 other daddies there who played with cars with me this week. We picked up Daddy from his work after that. And then on Friday I went on my second visit to Brewsters. This time we didn't have food, but just went so that I could play with Holly. Mummy, Hannah and Natalie just sat there, how boring!!
When I went to my bed at night, Daddy went to where the aeroplanes go to pick up Nana. So when I got up on Saturday morning, I could hear her shouting "Kory", so I ran to see where she was. She brought me some books to read. After my sleep we went to Brewsters AGAIN. It was really embarassing though as the same ladies were working and they recognised me!! We had some lunch and then I played some more.
Today we took Nana to the airport again so that she could go "woosh" on the plane and then me and Daddy did some dancing, watched some TV then went back to get Mummy from work. As you can see my Daddy really loves me!!

Fireworks Night
Tonight we took Kory to see the fireworks at the beach and he loved it. We got lots of "whoosh" and "more" and "oh wow!" from him while pointing at them! I'll just pop on the photos as I don't have a lot to say about it!
Delighted watching the fireworks!

All wrapped up before we left the house

All cosy in his buggy

With Mummy

And with Daddy

Party & Deliveries
Oh no, Mummy has been slacking so I have a whole week to try to remember and write about it. On Saturday morning we spent ages and ages tidying up the house because I had invited all my friends round for a halloween party. When I got up from my sleep I put on my bat suit again till my friends came. They were all dresed up too, witches and pumpkins and other things too.
The party was good fun, it was very busy and we had lots of yummy food. This photo is of the twins Kirsty & Morven and their Mummy Laura. Once all my friends took their parents home, I had some dinner and I got to stay up late because of something to do with the time being different. But I was so sleepy after all my fun that I didn't manage a whole hour later for bed.
On Sunday it was another boys day in while Mummy went to work. We had some fun in the house and went out for a while. On Monday, Mummy took me to Rambo's again. We were first there for a change and I had the whole place to myself to run around. We picked Daddy up after that and came home for food. On Tuesday I was meant to have my swimming lesson, but when I woke up in the morning my nose was all runny and I wasn't feeling well. Neither was Mummy so we decided not to go. We were expecting men to turn up anyway with the new bed for the spare room and our new TV. We had a day in the house all cosy in my pyjamas until Mummy had to get ready for work. Once she was gone, us boys got the HUGE tv out, I like it. This photo is of Mummy's tummy now.
On Wednesday morning I went to playgroup. I was at the top of the chute and I wobbled and fell all the way to the floor. My Mummy ran to get me and I was ok, I managed not to let go of my toast. But as I went to take another bite, the toast turned red. Suddenly I was scooped up and taken to a seat. But I was fine, just wanted my toast!
When I got home, I went for a wee sleep. When I got up I didn't get lunch like normal, but got put in the car and taken out for lunch. We went to Brewsters and met Ann and Emilie for lunch. I had yummy sausages and peas and potatoes and yorkshire pudding. And then I got some fruit. I ate nearly all of it and then we went to play in the play area. Normally I get called a "chicken" and I don't like it, so I decided to be brave and go up the top bit this time. I had great fun until I realised I had to get down, I was stuck! The chute looked like the best option, but every time I went near it, I got a static shock from it and my hair stood up straight. Eventually Mummy had to come and rescue me - I don't think she was impressed. Mummy went to work again that night and me and Daddy turned the TV up load and put on music channels and danced for ages and ages. Don't tell Mummy which channel we watched though, it sometimes plays music with videos of ladies not wearing many clothes as this picture shows!
Thursday was a normal day, nothing in the morning then our group in the afternoon. After that Mummy took me to the big toy shop and bought some things I think might be for me!! Today we went into town in the afternoon to get me some new trainers as I have some tracksuits to wear and nothing to put on my feet. I got a cool pair of Adidas ones in a size 5.
Didn't I do well remembering all my week!?
