Mum Waz 'Ere!!

On Friday morning, my health visitor came round to discuss Krystal's weight gain (or lack of) and as expected are just going to keep an eye on it. There is less than 6 weeks to go now until weaning anyway so it's not a big deal. My mum arrived in Aberdeen about 2pm and we headed into town to do some shopping.



Kory was really well behaved and walked really far from one end to the other and back again. As usual Krystal was a bit of a monkey, and then crashed out just as we were going to head home. So we went to the bookshop where Kory was treated to 4 more Thomas books and Krystal a couple from the "That's not my..." range.

We came home and had dinner then had an evening just chatting. On Saturday, it turned out to be a gorgeous day so we didn't actualy leave the house! We played in the garden mostly with the kids. As you can see I even braved the playhouse which I'm terrified of. Well, not the actual house, the spiders that live in it!!

Then in the evening James and I got to go out (for our anniversary meal) to our favourite indian restaurant. So once Krystal was in bed, we ran! Mum put Kory to bed. The food was yummy as usual and we brought back some Baskin Robbins for us all. Thanks Mum for letting us out!

Today we didn't do much either, Kory, Mum and I went to Asda for a rake around in the morning (the big Walmart one, not just a normal supermarket!) and then took Mum to the bus station after lunch. Then we went down the beach to a new homewares shop that's opened there which I couldh ave spent hours in, but a moaning toddler, shrieking baby and bored husband are not ideal for shopping!
